Jim
Kasper - President & CEO

Jim Kasper is president and founder of
Interactive Resource Group. Mr. Kasper
has over 26 years of practical experience
in direct sales, sales management, sales
training, and marketing.
He holds both a Bachelor of Science
degree, with a double major in economics
and political science, from Carroll
College in Waukesha, Wisconsin as well
as a Master of Business Administration
degree from Northern Illinois University.
For several years he has been an assistant
professor of marketing at Regis University
and is the recipient of the Faculty
Excellence Award, an honor bestowed
by Regis students. He has taught marketing,
advertising and promotion, channel management
and consumer behavior.
Jim’s first book, Short Cycle
Selling: Beating Your Competitors in
the Sales Race was published
in 2002. It has been on the Wall Street
West Business Bestseller list 3 times,
including #1. The book has spent several
weeks as the number 1 seller on Amazon.com
in 2 categories: Sales Management and
Sales Techniques. Mr Kasper's second
book, Creating the #1 Sales
Force; What it Takes to Transform Your
Sales Culure, was released
by Dearborn Putblishers in March 2005.
Jim Kasper and his wife of 34 years,
Ginny, have resided in the Denver area
for 28 years. They have one son, Todd,
a graduate of Yale University, a retired
professional baseball player for the
Arizona Diamondbacks, and a financial
advisor.

Tom
Rothrock - Dir., Sales Technology &
Curriculum

Tom Rothrock is the Director of Sales
Technology and Curriculum for Interactive
Resource Group. Tom's responsibilities
include product management of sales and
customer service behavioral assessment
tools, program development, and distance
learning technology. Our clients enjoy
Tom's sense of humor, concern for their
welfare, and his ability to react quickly.
Tom is a summa cum laude graduate of
Regis University and holds a Bachelor
of Arts degree in social sciences. He
is a native of Erie, Pennsylvania, but
spent most of his adult life in Phoenix,
Arizona and spent twenty years in the
banking industry in numerous management
assignments.
Following his banking career, Tom moved
to Colorado and worked in curriculum
development for the Regis University
adult program, which provided him valuable
experience in developing training programs.
Tom has two children, Rachel, who attends
Metropolitan State College of Denver
and Jack, a student at Arapahoe High
School in Centennial, where he participates
in wrestling and choir.
